What Is the Solution for the World to Become One?

What Is the Solution for the World to Become One?

After being born into the world, people have constantly been fighting as they live their lives. Ever since they were young, they have been fighters who had to defeat others. They lived their entire lives agonizing and battling, trying not to fall behind in competition. When living in this world, people are fighters who are in constant combat, who do not want to be defeated. This is why, whether in our lives at home or in our social lives, everyone is a fighter who is battling. No one in this world is an easy pushover. Consequently, even to this day, countries are fighting each other, and religious wars never cease to exist.

Although everyone believes in God, Buddha, Allah, which are Truth, no one has become one with that existence. Instead, people are only crying out that name from within the false worlds where humans live, places where there is no Truth. They are just praying and calling out that name from within places where there is no existence of Truth that is God, Buddha, Allah.

It is written in the Bible that God, which is Truth, exists within people’s minds. It also says in the Buddhist sutras that Buddha and Allah in the Qur’an are within one’s mind. Instead of seeking Truth in the name, people of this world should actually become God, Buddha, Allah (Truth) within their minds. The world will then become one. Unless one seeks Truth from within himself, he cannot find it.

One cannot find it because he will look for it within the nonexistent human conceptions, habits, and customs where there is no Truth.

In the era of incompletion before these current times, the masters of the world, who are the Way, the Truth, and the Life, did not exist. Therefore, there was no Truth or method to repent that could allow people to go to the Land of Truth.
p.22
A person who is born and living in the false world cannot achieve Truth unless there are the masters of the world who can give life. The way for this world to become one is for the falseness to become Truth. Even if religions join together, they cannot become one. There will be fierce battles due to the countless denominations. However, the world will become one when people are made to have Truth within their minds. Then there will be no distinctions between “your country” and “my country,” and “your religion” and “my religion.”

From the IQ Era to the EQ Era

From the IQ Era to the EQ Era

Until now, in the world of material creation, it was an era when people who had high IQs (Intelligence Quotient) lived a better life.

However, now we have entered the era when IQ is not very useful because there are computers that contain a surplus of information.

In the U.S., statistics show that those who had better personalities eventually became more successful than those who had good grades while attending school.

Now people with high EQs (Emotional Quotient or Emotional Intelligence) can become successful.

The human mind lives knowing only itself because it has a narrow, self-centered mind.

However, if one escapes from the false mind that is not real and, instead, has the mind of the living Spirit and Soul of the universe, one will live a life of nature’s flow.

One will have wisdom, so he will not experience conflicts or blockages with others.

One will live well because wisdom will come when he just diligently does his work without thinking.

Instead of living in a self-centered way, everyone will live life with a generous mind that lives for others.

To have a high EQ, eliminate the human karma, habits, and body so that only the true mind remains.

From that true mind, one lives the life of wisdom so one will not have unresolved questions, doubts, suffering, or burdens, and one will live a liberated, generous life.

A person who lives in the EQ era will live a happy life.

Things that have improved with meditation

Things that have improved with meditation 🧘 ^_^

Before going to meditation, I have recognized my own feelings, which I have a lot of burden inside my mind.

But after I know the method of throwing away all the pictures, videos tapes, and voice records that I have recorded since I was born until today, I can switch my mood to universe perspective.

I knew that in order to let those things go more easier, I need to throw away pictures one by one then I could feel lighter inside my mind.

High blood pressure symptoms I experienced before are now gone

My life was once incredibly stressful, burdened by a ton of work, complex relationships, and demanding family matters. This constant pressure frequently put my body on high alert.

However, through consistent effort of this meditation, I've learned to handle stressful situations with greater calm, less reactivity, and without immediate judgment.

I now find myself consistently grateful for present moments, positive thinking, and fostering good relationships with others.

My concentration on work and business has significantly improved, a change I attribute to my routine meditation practice.

I've also noticed a marked improvement in my physical health, particularly in the quality of my sleep. Crucially, the high blood pressure symptoms I experienced before are now gone.

I am truly living with greater inner peace and happiness. I can confidently say that this meditation practice will change your life.

A Person Who Has The Mind Of One Lives Well

A Person Who Has The Mind Of One Lives Well

Only a person who is as steadfast as a bear
can go to the world of Truth.

An agile and nimble tiger who has many talents,
has more attachments to his reality,
and his reality is easier for him
than going to the world of Truth.

All creations in the world are alive,
everything in the world is alive,
but man is dead;
man cannot go to heaven.

For a person who has the sky within him,
the sky is right where he is, here,
and for a person who has the sky within him,
heaven exists within him.

Only those who have escaped from themselves can live -
those who have become the Energy and Light of the great Universe.

Therefore, man cannot live
without becoming Truth.

He who has countless minds in his mind
cannot be like the constant bear,
for those delusional thoughts are what tigers are.

Only a person like a bear -
a person who just lives, and just does,
whose mind does not flit back and forth -
can go to heaven.

Only when everything in the world exists in man,
does heaven, earth and man become one.

Only when man is the master of all things in heaven and earth
does everything become one.

At this time, all things are the mind of one,
of one heart,
the empty mind of cessation;
yet one can know everything
and live a life without want,
because such a person has everything.

Only the Creator is alive,
and only a person who has become the Creator can live.

Tigers are dead,
and tigers live in the world of hell.

Let's become a bear,
let's become a bear.
Let's not use our shallow cunning minds,
the minds of our forms, our false selves,
let's not use the resourceful mind of a tiger.

A person who believes himself to be clever
causes his own downfall with his cunning.

The most blessed is he who just exists,
and it is such a person who is able to achieve Truth.

Even in the worldly world,
a person who thinks too much is unable to succeed,
but a bear-like person silently does what he has to do,
and is able to achieve his will.

The greatest person in the world
is he who is able to be with all people,
and live by another's will.

A person who simply does his work
from a place beyond success and failure,
is a person with a big mind,
and it is into such a mind that blessings can enter.

People are unable to receive blessings
because they believe themselves to be great.

People's downfall is their own cunning,
their own greatness is their downfall.

When a person lives with the mind of one,
where existence and non-existence
of the Universe are one,
everyone can live well,
and this world can become a good place to live.

The reason people are unable to live good lives
is not because they lack a certain mind -
it is because they have too many minds.

This is the reason they are unable to achieve anything.

Man lives and dies inside these minds,
and he lives on with these minds even after death.

Let's learn how to just live.

When One Becomes Truth

When One Becomes Truth

When one becomes Truth,
none of his individual mind exists;
it is when all people return to the original mind of Truth,
that the world will become one.

Then, all will be of one mind,
which is a mind that does not change.

This mind is wisdom itself.

People will live with the mind of one,
and there will be no you and me.

No longer will there be your country and my country,
or your religion and my religion.

Everyone will go to heaven while they are living,
and all will live a life of heaven.

Everything will be done according to nature's flow
and everything will be done with true actions.

People will live according to the perfect solution,
because it exists.

All people will become complete,
and with the mind of one,
they will live for others.

10 Days of Meditation: The Changes I've Gained

10 Days of Meditation: The Changes I've Gained

As I joined this meditation class for about 10 days, things that I have improved with meditation are
1) I do thing step by step and calm myself down to wait for the result. I can tell myself that’s okay life cannot be serious all the time or don’t put pressure much on yourself. Now, I just do my best and let thing flow by the way it is and learn to accept with what the result will brings and solve it if there is the problem to solve.

2) I start to manage my mind and restructure of my disorder thinking mind.

3) Before it is hard to find way to eliminate my overthinking mind even I myself knowing that I am stress, mood swings, etc . I always focus and look at the bad side and bad things that happen in my life and never look at the good side or good things that happen in my life.  After meditation, I just draw my mind back from the habit of focusing on bad things and learn to live in moment and be grateful with things around.

4) I know it is short time of doing meditation but I can see the light of real happiness. My feeling is lighter compare to me before taking the meditation class.

Last but not least, I would like to thank my teacher SUNNY for what she has guided me, and thank myself that I can keep joining the class everyday. I am looking forward to gain more knowledge from meditation class to understanding feeling of real happiness of life. Thanks 😊

A Fine Mind

A Fine Mind

The mind should be fine.

When the mind is unclean,
it is not fine but coarse,
it is a muddle of this and that.

A coarse mind has many conflicts;
to have many conflicts means that
life is difficult.

Happiness, wealth, and fame are only for a fine mind.

There is only unhappiness for one with a coarse mind.

A person whose mind is unclean
has many ups and downs of what is good and what is bad.

A fine mind has no such undulations,
and anything can be contained in that mind.

One with a fine mind is a pure-hearted person.

One with a fine mind is a person whose mind is wide like the sea.

One with a fine mind can accept everything.

He has the mind of Truth,
and only the mind of Truth is a fine mind.

Thank You, Life

Thank You, Life

I am grateful for the gift of being alive — for the breath that moves through me and the consciousness that allows me to witness this moment.

I am grateful for my mind, the sacred space where thought and awareness meet. It is the most powerful tool I have been given — a reflection of the infinite intelligence that flows through all things.

I am grateful for my health, for the body that carries my soul, for the home that shelters me, for the food that nourishes me, and for the clothes that comfort me.

I am grateful for my family, for the love that surrounds me, and for all the kind souls who walk beside me — those who help me grow, and even those who challenge me. Both light and shadow are my teachers.

I give thanks for every experience — for the moments of peace and for the moments of struggle — for each one is shaping me into who I am meant to become. Life is always teaching, always guiding.

I have learned that the universe owes me nothing, yet gives me everything I need to awaken. I am responsible for my choices, and I release blame — toward others or myself. Everything unfolds as it must, and within that unfolding, I find peace.

When things don’t turn out as I wish, I am grateful still — for the lesson within the outcome. Every result is the reflection of the energy, effort, and time I have given. If I wish for more, I know it begins within me.

I am grateful to be learning how to work with time, how to manage what I have been given, and how to remain thankful for all that life offers — even the parts that seem difficult.

Through all these lessons, I have discovered gratitude as the highest form of wisdom — the key that opens the heart to truth.

And as I continue on this path, I understand that true completeness is not yet within me, but something I am growing toward. Wholeness comes when I find harmony within myself — when the noise of the ego dissolves, and my mind aligns with the infinite mind of the universe. Only then will I become one with Truth itself — not separate from creation, but the living expression of it.

*One of the meditators shared his gratitude during an intensive meditation session.

Death

Death

Death is
the disappearance of an existent image.

Death is
the end of activity;
the end of sustaining an image.

Death is
the end of an image's life.

Death is
to disappear from the world according to condition.

Plants are born of their own accord
and die of their own accord.

Animals, too, are born of their own accord
and die of their own accord.

All come from one
and return to one.

This "one" is the Universe;
it is the eternal Truth.

The whole of creation is one,
and this one is
the eternal and everlasting foundation of all creations
and their progenitor.

GRC Fun Run: 10K Active Meditation and Friendship

GRC Fun Run: 10K Active Meditation and Friendship🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️

What a day at the GRC Fun Run! This morning wasn't just about covering the 10Km distance; it was a powerful practice of active meditation.

We woke up early, met at the beautiful new location, Connexion, Koh Pich, and decided to run not just with our legs, but with our full, positive presence.

For all four of us, the run became a way to reset the mind. Each step was a moment of mindfulness—focusing on our breath, the rhythmic sound of our feet hitting the ground, and the simple joy of moving our bodies in the fresh morning air.

It’s amazing how meditating while running can clear your thoughts and leave you feeling centered and calm. The physical challenge melts away, and you find yourself in the flow, truly present.

The joy was doubled because we did it together! Sharing that focus, that effort, and those final happy strides to the finish line was incredible.

The run was fantastic, and our homemade picnic breakfast afterward was the absolute best! 🧺😋 We were so happy eating and chatting that we totally forgot one crucial thing: a group photo! 🤦‍♀️

We were having too much fun being present in the moment and enjoying the food to stop and take a proper picture of our little crew. It's the one small regret of the day, but it just means the memory is extra real.

Even without group photos, the feeling of running those miles and sharing a happy, healthy Sunday with great friends is the best treasure. Happiness is doing things together! ❤️

This is what life is about: health, community, and finding happiness in the simple, shared moments. We are so happy when we are together!

You have to eat well and rest well to finish the race!

Around 11:30 AM, I completed 3 loops, totaling 30km. The hot weather had drained my energy, and I felt completely exhausted.

I took a break at a cafe to drink a refreshing coconut juice. Seeing other teammates resting made the temptation to quit a little.

But then, my guardian angel, the 'mom' of KKRC, Chenda Heng, appeared and told me it was time for lunch! Yay! I decided to recharge with a delicious meal.

Lunch was truly the best medicine. I devoured the delicious food, especially the traditional Cambodian fish soup, marveling at its rich flavor.

The variety of dishes filled my stomach, and the restful break was a lifesaver. It reminded me once again: "You have to eat well and rest well to finish the race!"

What is the cause of loneliness and how can it be dealt with?

What is the cause of loneliness and how can it be dealt with?

Loneliness takes many forms.
A person can feel lonely
when he is alone or feels neglected,
but there is also the loneliness that he himself makes.

Loneliness is felt because one's self exists.

When he - the self - does not exist,
he does not feel lonely.

All people live lonely lives.
It is fine to console oneself
by thinking of those who are worse off than himself.

Loneliness is made by one's self;
that is, it is not something that originally exists.

It is possible to lose oneself
in the thought that he is lonely or neglected.

All people live such lives
so it is important not to further
make the non-existent minds of loneliness.

One's Burdens

One's Burdens

One must shoulder burdens.

One must shoulder burdens if
he is not of nature's flow.

One shoulders burdens because
he defies the laws of Heaven.

One is good at shouldering one's burdens.

What one knows are all his burdens.

He is under the false impression that he has wisdom,
but what he has is nothing more than burdens.

Man teaches man knowledge,
but what he is doing is putting a burden
on another person's shoulders.

One would have to shoulder nothing
if he knew nothing,
if he had nothing,
and if he himself were no more.

Man carries his own burdens,
unwilling to be free of them.

He acts superior even though
he knows nothing about
departures and arrivals,
or existence and non-existence.

Though it is a non-existent life,
he lives thinking it is real;
he lives bound to it,
trembling with anxiety, anger, and greed.

But he does not try to break free from it;
instead he carries all of his burdens
in his attempt to have everything.

We Must Come Out From The Shadows, The Illusions, Into The World

We Must Come Out From The Shadows,

The Illusions, Into The World

Man has the mind of shadows,
and he lives in a shadow of the world.

Man thinks he is living in the world,
but he is not, because he takes pictures of the world
and on the stage of that mind of pictures,
he lives according to what is scripted in this mind,
as a slave to it.

Since he lives with this mind,
he is just an extra in a tragic play on that stage.

In this mind, there are all sorts of things:
there is this and that, judgment and discrimination,
aging, sickness, life and death,
the five desires and seven sins;
there is coming and going, cold and hot,
high and low, the great and the inferior.

It is a particularly difficult life,
because he is staging his opera on a fake stage.

Man thinks that he lives in the world because he is great,
but the world comes first, and he should be ashamed
for stealing everything in the world after being born in that world.

He should have just lived, as he was made and placed in the world-
what need was there to steal what belongs to the world
to make his own picture world?

This has only ever increased man's suffering and burden
and stopped him from living with freedom.

Your stage is not real but fake and a picture.

If you think about the fact that you are living in a picture,
isn't it clear that it is terrible and without life;
that it is illusionary?

If you escape from the illusionary stage,
and come out and live in the world of Truth,
you will have no worries,
and you will have the freedom of freedoms.

Such a life sets everyone and everything in the world free.

All human thoughts are pictures and illusions,
and they are all useless.

They are all futile delusions,
and even the fact that you are living is a delusion,
so you must come out from your mind world,
in order for you to live.

10-Hour Running Training: Kep 53km Run Completion (KKRC) Review

10-Hour Running Training: Kep 53km Run Completion (KKRC) Review

I finally achieved a big item on my bucket list! This was a 10-hour running training, covering a 10km loop that includes both the uphill and downhill sections of Kep National Park and the flat seaside road. I took part in the 10H Running Event hosted by KKRC, Cambodia's largest running club.

🌅 The Journey Begins: Phnom Penh to Kep

The challenge began early on October 18, 2025, at 3:00 AM from Phnom Penh to Kep. After an early departure and a sweet nap on the bus, I arrived in Kep. I had a quick breakfast, did some warm-up exercises, and started the run at 6:30 AM.

I desperately needed this long-distance training for the upcoming 64km Kirirom Elephant Trail Running event. I had a strong feeling that these 10 hours would be a great source of strength for me.

☀️ Morning: Fresh Start and Running Reality

We began the run at 6:30 AM in Kep, just as the sun was rising. The goal was to complete as many laps as possible of the 10km in 10 hours, finishing by 4:30 PM. The unofficial goal was 7 loops (70km), and I thought I might be able to do it! Haha.

I started off strong, but the reality of long-distance running is always tough. Soon, the running turned into more "walking, and more walking." 😅

A fellow runner joked that I stopped running right after the photo was taken! Haha. They advised me not to burn too much energy early on, but I always want to start in the lead because if I start at the back, that's where I end up. So, I always try to run with the front group initially, and then naturally settle into my own pace.

🍽️ Lunch Refuel: The Delight of Cambodian Cuisine

Lunch was truly the best medicine. I devoured the delicious food, especially the Cambodian traditional fish curry soup, marveling at its deep flavor.

The variety of dishes filled my stomach, and the restful break was a lifesaver. It reminded me once again: "You have to eat well and rest well to finish the race!"

🌧️ Afternoon: A New Experience Running in the Rain

As I prepared to set off, rain began to fall heavily. Chenda Heng said that running in the rain actually helps reduce fatigue and run well.

While it felt refreshing, I was both excited and a little nervous, as it was my first time doing a long run in the rain. I couldn't run on the downhill sections of the National Park's cement road because I was afraid of slipping, so I had to walk carefully.

Since I had eaten so much, I didn't dare to run, but I kept walking steadily without stopping. Sweating while running in the rain gave me a different kind of thrill. The smell of the wet forest, the sea breeze, and the ocean scent were all wonderful.

✨ The Thrill of Completion: 53km Run!

Time flew by, and finally, I completed my 5th loop, finishing a total of 53km!
My heart swelled with pride for setting a new personal record for the longest distance completed in a single run, especially after the early morning journey and the 10-hour challenge. Although I didn't reach the target of 70km, simply completing the 10 hours without giving up was enough. My legs are a little sore, but this pain is a badge of honor! Haha.

💖 A Happy Life Fueled by Running and Meditation

It was a long journey, but I was happy to finish it, thanks to the support and encouragement of my fellow KKRC runners.

I want to thank the KKRC organizing team, the cafe owner, and all the runners who participated. A special thank you to Veasna for the unwavering support and assistance.

And amazingly, tomorrow on Sunday, I'm scheduled to run the AIA Pink Run 10K!
Running two days in a row! My body might be tired, but I am truly grateful and happy to have this healthy body and strong mind to be able to do this.

I am happy to run, happy to be together with this community, and thankful for this joyful life! Look forward to my next challenge! 😉

HOW TO LET GO

HOW TO LET GO

The habits and karma, which people have within their minds, do not disappear unless they are discarded.

The way to let go is to eliminate the habits, karma, and body that are within one's mind.

For example, if you have hatred or an enemy in your mind, it disappears when you eliminate the karma, habits, and body, and all that is in your mind also gets discarded.

When you eliminate the habits and karma, which are the human mind, you can become the true mind, which is Truth, and can be free and liberated without suffering or burden.

You can be reborn in the Land of Truth and live forever.
