Find Truth within us - Healing Friday Meditation

Hi, Everyone, Happy with you.

Topic:
Find Truth within us

People are incomplete.
People are sinners since they were born,
they are incomplete.

With their 5 senses, they are automatic camera
that takes pictures none stop and saves those
pictures in their brains.

They are so live in their false mind that is
picture and illusion world.

They mistakenly think they live in the real world
but they actually live in their self-made mind
world that overlaps the world.

That’s why human life is full of doubt, stress,
anxiety, and hundreds of thousands of
thoughts.

Find Truth within us
Truth comes from the true world
and he sees everything with the perspective
of the universe.

Truth can save us and clean our minds completely,
and we can find Truth within us.

Follow Truth words and guidelines,
do this study until the end,
then we can be reborn
and live in the true world as oneness.

From Despair To Hope

From Despair To Hope

There were people living in the world even a long time ago.
The many people who lived in the world throughout the ages have all disappeared, silently and without a trace.
While they lived, they were attached to the realities of their daily lives and they suffered because of their minds of possession, but despite all of their agonizing over the meaningless events of life, no trace of them remains. Ultimately, there is no meaning in human life.

The only way for man to live forever and escape from suffering and burden is to die while he is still living. Only then can he find his true self. His true self is God who remains when he is dead.
Even if all people and the world disappear, what remains is the existence without form, taste, scent, sight, hearing and feeling. That is, the existence – for which these minds have completely ceased – remains: the original foundation. If one is reborn from the original foundation, he and the world become eternal and never-dying immortals, and both the world and man live, for they become God that never dies.

Discarding falseness and becoming real is the only path to life. People want to become real but at the same time keep the falseness; there are not many people who know that they can only become real if they throw away what is false. They have such strong attachments to their falseness that they look for Truth within it. They do not know that Truth does not exist within falseness – that is how foolish people are. The right way, or the answer, is to discard falseness so that only Truth remains, and to be reborn as Truth.

Tangled – Let’s Come Out To The True World And Live Forever

tangled
wallpaperswide.com

Disney’s full-length animation, Tangled is the story of Rapunzel. She is an eighteen-year-old girl who has been living only in a tower in the forest for her entire life. She has never been out to the world. She has never had a conversation with people out in the world, and has never stepped on the ground outside. The life in the tower is all the life she knows. She only has her mother Gothel to listen to inside the tower. She hopes to go out to the world someday. She has another wish to find out what the floating lights are for, which fly beautifully in the sky once a year.
One day, while Gothel is away to the outside world for few days, Flynn Rider, a suspect who is being chased by the Royal army, accidently comes into the tower where Rapunzel lives. Rapunzel has never met anyone other than her mother. She knocks out Flynn Rider and besieges him. Rider suggests to Rapunzel that they can go out to the world together if she releases him. She can’t resist because of her own desires to leave the tower. She takes his suggestion and for the first time in her life, she enters the world.
She experiences something far different from what her mother has said about the world – intimidating, chaotic and bad and Rapunzel gets to experience many of the beautiful and good people in the world during her encounters with people in the village for the first time. And, she gets to actually see in person the floating lights in the sky that she has been yearning for. She then falls in love, for the first time in her life, with Rider. While gaining precious experiences from the world, she gets caught by her mother and Rider falls into danger.
Rapunzel has never lived in the real world and believed that the life in the tower was what life was all about, being trapped in a tower. Likewise, people mistakenly believe that they are living in the real world. However, they are actually living trapped in their own mind world, not living in the real world. Because the real world and their own mind world are overlapped, people didn’t know what was real and what was false. But seven billion people have their own individual minds and they are all different, aren’t they? Seven billion different worlds exist. My mind is different from my colleague’s mind. My mind is even different from the mind of my spouse. No one in the world has exactly the same mind as yours.
Our body is like a camera so we take pictures of what we see, hear and experience in the brain. It is like a camcorder, which films everything no matter where we go. For example, if you recall your elementary school, it can come up from your mind. Yourself in a class at school would be in your mind, as well as, your friends, teachers, and even classrooms would be all in your mind. Think about having breakfast this morning. Yourself having breakfast is in your mind. The food you had was taken as pictures in your mind, also the place where you had it. Even at this moment, you are continuously filming a video with a camera which consists of eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and body. If you think about this moment before going to sleep, you will be able to recall yourself reading this column, this column itself, and also the place where you are reading it.
Like Rapunzel, human has never been able to live in the true world that is full of life where nature is beautiful. Since born, he has been taking pictures and living in the pictures. Human is dead in his own mind. There is no life and no joy. No matter how much you obtain and enjoy money, love and fame, the mind of futility never ends. We know so well that a lot of money, wealth and honor cannot buy happiness. Happiness is there when we come out to the true world. Once you completely destroy your own world that you have created, only the real mind of the truth remains. If you are born again as the true soul, the true soul lives forever even after the body dies. There, the nature is beautiful. You are always happy in the true world as the complete being. Your joy is endless. The true soul does not have death. Imagine that you live forever with the everlasting joyful mind in the true world like heaven. Doesn’t it sound like a dream?
Moreover, if you are born in the true world and live there, you always have wisdom so you can know all the principles of the world. Everyone can become a saint and live the life of a saint. You can accomplish all these things at this meditation. Isn’t it a truly good generation? During this great era, we can meet such a great meditation. Do not live trapped in your illusionary mind world. Let’s come out to the true world and live altogether in the true world. That generation has come.

In Order To Maintain Human Body

The organs of the body, broadly, are the heart, lungs, stomach, liver, large and small intestines, kidneys, and reproductive organs.
HBody-1
We naturally think that the heart plays the most important role as it pumps blood throughout the whole body. However, from the perspective of the organs, there is no such thought. The heart plays the role of the heart, that is, to circulate blood. The lungs play the role of breathing. The stomach plays the role of digestion by breaking food into small particles.

HBody-2
What if each of the organs fights each other like humans because they have their own selfish minds? What if each of them says that they are more important and better? Probably, our body cannot be maintained.

HBody-3
Organs do not have their individual minds and silently do their own role by themselves. If individual humans also do their own role diligently – like the organs – without the self and for the whole, our society would become a much better society worth living in, wouldn’t it?

A Sense Of Inferiority
Human desires differ from person to person but every desire is manifested from feelings of inferiority: of feeling lower or having less. He who lacks love seeks love and he who lacks money chases money. The powerless seek power and he who has had his pride trampled on seeks to regain his pride. What one felt he lacked during his developmental years becomes his sense of inferiority. For example, if a woman suffers abuse from her mother-in-law, she will in turn be harsh to her daughter-in-law because she has that mind. One pursues what he desires and that arises from the innumerable minds that he has; they are all expressions of his mind.
There is a saying that things will happen according to the mind one has. This means that one lives exactly according to the mind that he has taken in, no more and no less. What one eats is excreted through urine and feces but man has never excreted any of the countless minds he has consumed from birth and he lives bearing its heavy burden, suffering, worries and anxieties.
They are all pictures taken of what belongs to the world. Man has only consumed these pictures without ever taking any out; he is dead in the world of that mind, which itself is a picture. He strives to achieve within that picture world and he lives according to the script of that mind, therefore all of it are false deeds and an illusion.
The world beyond the world, that is, beyond the human mind that has been eliminated, is the true land; a real world that is not a picture. When this real world is inside one’s mind, then his feelings of inferiority will disappear and he will have only the highest mind of Truth. He who is born in this place is God; he is one who has shed all human mind and he is one who is free. It is because of the pictures of one’s mind that there are conflicts and obstacles while living in the world. When this framework of mind is gone, then those conflicts and obstacles also disappear and one will be able to live better than he did before.
Acceptance is the absence of judgment and discrimination; when one sees things just as they are, when he just lives. If one has a framework of pictures in his mind, then many things catch in his mind and bother him, which cause him to blame others and the world. In the world, there is no one who blames himself rather than others. But because your mind exists, everything is your fault. At the time when the people of the world can blame themselves then everyone will have an accepting mind; people will be able to live without conflict and everyone will live well. When man eliminates the false world that he has eaten, he will live a life of universal order and he will be able to live well because he will no longer have feelings of inferiority.
When people act with the mind originating from inferiority, they will act as the worst evil; those actions will only bring evil as their result. Evil begets evil; evil will end up dying within evil. Within evil, evil will live with pain and heavy burden.

Water in a Skull

1500 years ago, there was a famous monk named Won Hyo in Korea. Won Hyo thought he would become a better monk if he went to China to attain more knowledge about Buddhism. He embarked on a long journey to China with his colleague, ‘Eui Sang’.

water in a skull

He continued his journey on foot and one day, he was passing one region in Baek-je. They faced a very heavy rain so they sought out some shelter. They took shelter in a very safe looking cave and decided to stay one night inside the cave.

While he was sleeping, Won Hyo woke up and felt extremely thirsty. He was groping the darkness for something to drink. He found water in a gourd and drank it without hesitation. The water was cool and refreshing, and it quenched his thirst. He could fall asleep again.

Next morning, Won Hyo and Eui Sang woke up and they were frightened by the skulls scattered around them. The shelter they had spent one night in was not a cave but an old grave. Also, Won Hyo realized that the fresh water in the gourd that quenched his thirst was actually some stagnant water in a skull. The moment he realized this, he threw up.

Through this experience, Won Hyo had attained a big realization about how important one’s mind was. He then reflected and realized that he had been trying to become a good monk by attaining more knowledge about Buddhism. Won Hyo then cancelled his plan to study in China and abandoned his position as a monk. He became a laity again and reverentially devoted himself to meditation through his entire life. He gave inspiration to many laities.

Like this story, the type of mind that we have in every moment decides the world that we live. If my mind is a real mind now, I would be living in the real world. If my mind is a false mind, I would be living in the false world. Then, how can you know whether your mind is a real mind or a false mind? To answer this, I would like to introduce you to a piece of writing by Master Woo Myung who has presented a clear answer about the real mind and the false mind.
The Human Mind I
Man’s eyes, nose, ears, mouth and body were made as picture-taking tools from birth, and his mind is where the pictures taken of the world are stored. What we call sin or karma is taking pictures of that which belongs to the world and living in those pictures in one’s mind, instead of having a mind that is one with the world. Such a person is a sinner – one who has accumulated karma – because he has betrayed the origin that is the world by making and living in his own world.
When man dies after living in the world, he ends up dying forever because he lives in an illusion, a world that does not exist in the real world. However one who has been absolved of all his sins and has been reborn in Truth is an eternal immortal. Man does not know this because his mind is overlapping the world and he mistakenly thinks he is living in the real world. His sin is living in an illusionary world that he himself has made in his own mind. This is why life is futile; why life is that of a weed, a cloud, a bubble and something that simply does not, exist.
Man, whose mind is false, is always hungry, which is why he constantly tries to consume things, and tries to gain and seek Truth from what he has consumed. However, such actions only add more falseness to falseness; adding ever more suffering and burden. Only by discarding those burdens, and by this path only, can one truly become Truth.
While the time of incompletion was the period of addition and gain, the time of completion is one of subtraction. If one eliminates all that is false, only what is true will remain. Because man is false he can become true when he is eliminated. Those who try to gain Truth while holding onto falseness cannot achieve Truth, and even if they do achieve it, it is false.
The human mind is one’s own world that he made by taking pictures of the world and engraving his emotions therein; emotions made by what he has seen, heard, smelled and felt in his mind. The human mind only has pictures; it is an illusionary mind that is self-centered and selfish – a mind that knows only itself.

We Communicate, But Why Aren't We Happy?

We Communicate, But Why Aren’t We Happy?

It is the generation that we can communicate with almost anyone in the world through social networking. You can look into not only your friends’ daily lives but also friends of friends’ through personal computers or smart phones. Virtually limitless information is pouring out of the net whether you need it or not. As we scroll through, we unconsciously store all information into the brain. In actuality however, how trustworthy would all the live information be?
Look back at your posts and updates of daily life. Are you posting only the 100% true and real information about yourself? Maybe you can see the answer straightaway. As soon as you click ‘Post,’ you become conscious of the hundreds of eyes that are looking at you. As a result, you reveal only what you want others to see about you.
What do you think others would do? We can only see the edited facts, not the truth beyond. The image of yourself that you want to have revealed to others is like a wrapping paper covering up the truth. Then this “gift” is delivered to other people. What results would this type of posted and shared information bring?
Human mind endlessly compares the ‘ego,’ some image of oneself, with other images outside of oneself. We endlessly compare ourselves with siblings during childhood, friends at school, colleagues at work, and celebrities. In this way, we repeat the process of forming and destroying the ego. The conviction about yourself is not solid and grounded because the image that you believe to be ‘yourself’ is not even real. You always feel insecure, and your inside clashes with your outside.
The ‘ego’ that has been created through this process is only an aggregate of countless information and not real. That’s why it continuously copies the false images and expands it ever more. The space called ‘the internet’ has become an effective tool to show your false images to the world. In a world of networks where individuals are connected to one another, you only end up showing off made-up images of yourself; others that you see are also the false images. However, just as we cannot recognize that our ego is false, we are always deceived by the ‘made-up’ images of others. We compare ourselves with those images that are revealed to us – looking happy, superior, and seemingly like they have everything (that they don’t even need anymore); and we are disappointed at our own situations while desiring and being jealous about something that others possess.
The human habit of repeatedly comparing ‘me’ and ‘you’ has been starkly revealing on the social network. We competitively upload the edited information and become unhappy by seeing others’ information. We imagined that our life would be happier if we could communicate with others more broadly. However, we continuously become unhappy. In fact, happiness and unhappiness come from one’s mind. However, we don’t look back at our mind but hold on to the information from the outside world. Eventually, we become unhappy with the SNS.
Now, let’s think about how to happily enjoy the SNS.
First of all, it would be right to find happiness within, rather than trying to find happiness from outside conditions. Wouldn’t it be a wiser option to look back at yourself and contemplate your own mind rather than to always look towards outside information? Why don’t you abandon the false self that has low self-esteem and compares with others and find your true self? Wouldn’t it be the fastest way to reach happiness?
There is no end with the comparing mind of humans. We keep running towards something better, nicer and the best but such a goal always seems out of reach. Happiness can truly come when you can acknowledge and love the way you are, as it is; not when you become higher and better than others. Above all, when you examine more closely the information about yourself that you have been uploading so far, you would be able to objectively examine yourself. If you cannot find ‘your real self’ from there, delete it one by one. You will have freedom more and more as you are eliminating that ‘false you’ one by one. It is just okay to delete it because the images of yourself that have been made up only as a display to others do not exist in the world anyway.
Furthermore, the moment that you detect yourself checking information on SNS with your smart phone before going to sleep, put down the technology for some meditation time. Look back at yourself and empty out the useless information that becomes jumbled and messy in your head. All the answers are in you; what you truly want and where the true happiness really exists.
From the moment that you wholly become happy, the modern conveniences, such as SNS’s and the internet would be useful tools that you can freely control and utilize, not an addictive tool that is bothering you. The moment you find ‘your true self,’ the life not as a slave but as a master will begin.

What Is This Meditation?

This meditation began in November 1996 established by Master Woo Myung.

Meditation Center
Currently, there are more than 340 meditation centers located around the world where over 300,000 people have practiced cleansing the mind and body using the simple method of subtraction to become Truth.
Historically, one of the biggest obstacles in overcoming problems in life and reaching enlightenment was the fact that the mind could not be precisely defined. This prevented people from discovering who they are and how to become Truth. This meditation defines the human mind as an accumulation of pictures, stored within one’s body and mind. These pictures are an accumulation of past experiences which are taken through the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and body. The pictures mold us into our pattern of thinking, how we react, and habitual behavior that are not who we truly are. These pictures stored in the mind hold the emotions, thoughts and attachments to people, places and things. They create the individual’s picture world. As you practice this meditation, you will realize the mind that was filled with pictures from the past is being cleansed, eliminating all burdens. You will live in freedom. Now, you are able to know and become Truth, whereas previously you could only read and hear about Truth. You will know the answers to the basic questions in life:
Who am I? Where do I come from? Where do I go when I die? Why do I live? What happens to me when I die?

Meditation Center
You will discover all the answers to these questions as true wisdom enters into your mind by cleansing the false mind. Through the method of this meditation, you can cleanse your mind. This involves a guided simple step-by-step method that anyone can easily follow. There are seven levels in this meditation. Even after completing just the first level you will get to know that the true mind has come in, and that is the enlightenment.

Why Has Meditation Been Popular These Days?

Why Meditation
Meditation has been sensational these days.

Meditation has been successfully utilized to discover the potential in one’s self.
To name a few, the founder of Apple Inc., Steve Jobs, the King of Basketball, Michael Jordan, and many other celebrities, like Oprah Winfrey, practiced meditation to demonstrate their inner potential and so they could make much better outcomes in their careers.

Why, then, are so many people willing to practice meditation?
The reason is very simple.
Mediation helps you to look back at your inner self.

We believe what we see with our eyes is all about the world but our real self is within our mind, which means you can find your true self from your mind when you close your eyes.

It is a pathetic reality that people living in this fast-paced modern world cannot even afford a short moment to close their eyes and look back at themselves.

Before, so-called ‘meditation’ was regarded as some practice done by special people or those into spirituality.

However, now it gives you a different story. So many people enjoy meditation anywhere anytime.

Many different kinds of meditation centers are continuously opening in city areas, these days. This trend proves that meditation has become one of the essential activities to take care of one’s mind, like going to a fitness center for a healthy body.

Meditation has ever become popular following the changes in modern demands.
Some of you might say that you have never tried meditation or have no interest in it.

However, meditation is not actually something difficult. In fact, everyone can easily practice meditation. It is actually one of the essential programs everyone should give a try for a better standard of life.

Not so many people in the world acknowledge themselves: who they really are, what they really want, and what they are good or bad at. That’s why many people find it difficult to achieve some goals they set because they lack knowledge about themselves.

But you can find some differences in those successful people, like CEOs or celebrities. They very much understand themselves.

You should know yourself well then you can be successful in making strategies appropriate for you. Meditation – looking back at yourself – could be the best way to help you to understand yourself.

Many people would already have satisfaction in their life. However, it is also human’s nature to pursue better life than the current one. Just like humans could invent airplanes not just satisfying with cars, humans always want to go forward and develop further.

Meditation is the best way to upgrade your life and lead it to a better standard. That’s why many modern people practice meditation.

Meditation is causing sensations and popularity these days. Why don’t you also try meditation to look back at yourself to develop your life further and lead yourself to a better future?

Life is anyhow a single chance. Most people live not longer than 100 years. We live such a short life so let’s just not settle for the present but make a better self.

Meditation would be the best solution for looking into your inside and figuring out the best way to improve yourself. Modern people are fascinated by meditation. You can also do it.
