Topic:
Why do I get so depressed over
little things? and How to overcome
depression?
Is Feeling depressed over little things
can be a common experience
for many people?
Why?
Why do I get so depressed over
little things?
Depression is “because
Reality doesn’t match
what you want in your mind.
On top of this,
it then becomes habitual.
In order to get success
as per your expectation,
if you work hard you will succeed.
How about reality?
Maybe a lot of problems and challenging
situation comes.
Exercise hard and want to keep a healthy body.
How reality?
One day by one day getting lazy and lost
my daily routine.
And then?
Give up?
----------------------------
Depression is because
Reality doesn’t match
my expectation.
----------------------------
For me, before meditation,
I always blame others and situations,
and complain about people around me,
the world, and parents, ….
After meditation,
I recognized the problem was with me
and my thoughts and feelings about
the situation,
and therefore only I had the power
to change it.
In order to succeed
throw away my thoughts and feelings.
And then you will get the inner power
to change.
Do you have some ideas?
Let's see 5items below.
1. Meditation
Self-reflection, letting go, and repetition.
Reflecting on all the times in life
when I felt depressed, the thoughts,
feelings, and places surrounding it,
then discarding it from my mind,
- and doing this continuously.
2. Move(exercise)
Studies have shown changing your
physiology can alter your mood.
Getting up, moving(exercising),
or even just trying to work gradually
lessened the intensity of the depression.
3. Self-awareness
Reality doesn’t match my mind
Journaling helped a lot with this process
to continue to detach from those thoughts
and feelings.
Thank you diary and self-reflection diary
is helping this.
4. Eating properly
The gut/brain connection is huge,
Brain to gut
Stress, anxiety, and other mental health conditions
have physiological consequences, such as
disrupting gut motility and functionality,
which results in symptoms such as constipation
and stomach pain.
Gut to Brain
The enteric nervous system in the gut produces
neurotransmitters such as serotonin ad metabolites
which impact mental health conditions such as
stress, anxiety, and depression and may even
contribute to personal characteristics.
5. Realizing change is gradual,
not instantaneous
Take 3 steps forward,
and 2 steps back, it’s OK.
You moved forward.
And that’s change.
Bit by bit, 1 step at a time.
-------------------------------------
How the human mind
is created?
The Human Body Functions Like A Camera
All the things I saw, heard, smelled,
and felt are all taken as pictures into
the brain like a reel of film.
How to throw it away?
Recall,
Reflect,
Throw away!
Time is medicine?
No.
The minds will disappear
when we throw them away.
Change your thoughts, then your actions change!
Change your actions, then your habits change!
Change your habits, then your life changes!
Change your life, then your destiny changes!
If there is something you do not know,
you can learn it
by going to a place that knows it.
Just like that, you can come here and learn
from meditation experts.
Let's do it together!
Let's live well!
Thank you for your reading.
