Hello everyone!
My name is Ratha, I have been doing this meditation for a while now at Phnom Penh Meditation Center and today I would like to share how I have changed after meditation became an important part of my life.
Before that, I was a very sensitive person and the outside environment always affected my feelings.
Negative minds and thoughts are always in my brain and I spend most of my days worrying about something that has not even happened yet.
That really makes me sick, I become unhealthy both body and mind.
Luckily, I found this meditation with amazing methods that help me to clear my mind and I finally can take more control over those useless worries, stress, and anxiety from my everyday life.
More importantly, I learn to accept and understand people around me, I also can adjust myself to cope with the outside environment much better.
Before that, if people talked to me about their sickness or unfortunate things that had happened to them, I would feel sick for a whole day because it really scared me.
But since I start meditating, I can throw away all bad information and bad feelings way immediately and keep my mind clean most of the time.
I feel healthier and happier, and I’m sure if I keep meditating diligently, I will soon find my best self which is very healthy both physically and mentally.
