The battle between Truth and falseness is what meditation is about


A philosopher once said that humans were like a 'thinking reed'
which meant that the thinking mind sways back and forth. 

The human mind is one filled with delusions, and the only thing he has in that mind is self-centeredness. 

Thus he is unable to know what the Truth is, how to find it,
or decipher that which is indeed the righteous Truth.

This mind of his is a reflection of how he has lived his everyday life.

He alone must completely abandon everything,
and only then will he become complete;
he will know all things are not another person's fault but his own.

Even when it comes to knowing that he himself is at fault, 
he can only know this when he is free from his narrow-minded conceptions and habits. 

A person in whom his delusional standards are strong
and who has a self-centered, narrow mind will have difficulty reaching Truth. 

Only those who are devoted and single-hearted can become complete. 

Basically, there is Truth and falseness within man,
and the battle between this Truth and falseness is what Meditation is about. 

If Truth wins, then one will find Truth and go to true Paradise while one is alive. 

If Truth loses, one would not become reality but would be falseness. 

Now is the time when people are born as human beings and go to true Paradise while they are alive. 

Therefore, what a pity it would be if one could not achieve this due to his delusions. 



Let us all throw away our delusional selves and thus become Truth.

How to love your enemy?


How to love your enemy? 




If you eat something wrong, 
go to the bathroom right away.

But what about your heart/mind?

The stories you had a hard time,
the stories that make you sad,
hatred, disliking, liking, love, selfishness
enemies,. . .

Is it good to have those things for you?
Isn't it?

Then what should you do?

I'll have to throw it away







Everybody knows that they are not complete. 

When I ask people who diligently live religious lives 
whether or not they love their enemies 
or love their neighbors as they do themselves, 
anyone who is honest says they cannot. 

Even when I ask whether they can have great mercy and compassion, 
anybody who is honest says they cannot. 

Because they have enemies in their minds
and because they do not have true love in their minds, 
they can love neither their enemies nor their neighbors. 

They cannot have great mercy and compassion 
as they do not have the Truth, 
which is the mind of great mercy and compassion. 

People have become narrow-minded 
and thus they are far from the Truth. 

There is no Truth in that mind. 

In that mind are enemies and hatred, 
self-importance, pretentiousness, love, 
liking, disliking, selfishness, 
comfort, family, money, and fame.

People have accumulated numerous things in their minds while living.

Necessary nutrients from food that have been consumed 
are used by the body, 
and what is not necessary is excreted. 

However what the mind takes in cannot be excreted, 
in the way that the body can. 

Thus such things in the mind bring forth immeasurable agony and anguish, 
for which people cannot rest.

Because people have false, 
shadows of the past memories in them, 
they cannot become one with Truth. 

This is sin. 

Sin is the inability to become the origin, which is Truth. 

When you cleanse all sins, 
and are reborn as the everlasting and never-changing Truth, 
can you reach completion. 

Only when you are absolved of all your sins 
can you reach completion. 

Just as your body excretes unnecessary food 
you can excrete the unnecessary false mind by cleansing the mind,
by absolving your sin through repentance.

You Will Meet Truth When Your Self Is Cleansed


You will meet Truth when yourself is cleansed. 





Science tells us that originally hot gases of the Universe exploded 
and fiery cluster of matter formed; 
some cooled into stars and others into planets. 

One religion says that the Universe was created by the word of God, 
and another says that the Universe came forth on its own. 

These theories all seem to be different, 
but they are actually the same. 

The word of God is the 'logos', 
the reason, 
and original nature.

It is the universe before the universe
from which every creation in the universe came forth. 

Humans cannot see it with their eyes, 
because of this, 
there are those who are atheists. 

Not too long ago, COVID-19 spread worldwide, 
causing many lives to be lost. 

But even though humans disappear, 
the universe remains as it is. 

Imagine this earth disappears, the universe will remain as it is. 

Even though all celestial bodies disappear one day, 
the universe emptiness will still exist. 

When human mind becomes the mind of the universe, 
man will be able to see the Creator. 

When one's mind is cleansed, he will know the Creator 
because he will know as much as he has in his mind. 


For sure, the Creator created everything in the universe. 

Therefore, everything in the universe is inevitably a child of the Creator 
because the Creator made it.


However, when humans have difficulties 
they question the purpose of their pain and burden saying, 
"If the omnipotent, omniscient Creator exists 
and humans were created as complete, 
then shouldn't the Creator have created humans without pain and burden?" 

During the age of growth in this universe, 
the human population increased because of mankind's greed, 
so wouldn't it be wise to harvest 
when the human population has reached its peak on this Earth? 


The land of Truth has always been complete, 
and in it all are living. 


But only humans cannot become one with Truth 
because of their sins. 

This is because they have a self-centered selfish mind, 
which exists for their body's comfort and splendor. 

This is sin and karma. 

Because they have possessiveness in their minds 
and are bound to themselves, 
they are unable to become one with Truth and the Creator. 

Their minds are trapped in their tombs. 

You will meet Truth when your body and mind, 
yourself is cleansed. 

Now is the time when people become Truth, 
the age of fruition. 

There is nothing higher than truth; 
there is nothing more perfect than Truth; 
there is nothing beyond Truth. 

Even though different religions have different terminology for Truth, 
what religion seeks is this existence, perfect Truth.

Mika's Meditation Experience after passing lv. 1

Hi, Everyone, Happy with you.






When I started this meditation, I could feel something from the first session. It wasn’t this amazing feeling of enlightenment but just a feeling of calm. 

I immediately signed up and started 1 on 1 face to face sessions with Sunny who is an amazing coach. 

It went very well until it didn’t as I started getting sick and tired all the time but Sunny was also there for me during these difficult times. 

Reminding me of TRUTH and how my body and mind work and how I should respond to what it’s telling me. 


I reached level 2 but it wasn’t as easy for me as it was for my partner. My partner reached level 2 easily and in a very short time. 

It took me much longer and sometimes I even thought that I would never reach level 2 but Sunny would not let me give up or become lazy. 


Upon reaching this level and in that moment, I could feel, what I would like to call ‘UNUSED’’ space in my mind opening up. 

This I like to call ‘Memory deleted’ from my mind. I don’t feel like a changed person but I feel like a changing person. 


I am much calmer, rational, logical, understanding, and more patient. To be honest I don’t even know how I lived without this method. 


Today, I feel like this method is the best thing that has actually happened for me and I appreciate it so much and I appreciate the TEACHERS who created this method for us.

the eminently successful financier 
    who commands his fleets and controls his industries

the finest food, 
the cleverest gadgets, 
and the smoothest, 
most powerful automobiles: 

"Are you getting what you want?"



Our materialistic world rushes on with its eternal quest for the fountain of happiness! 
The more knowledge we acquire, the less wisdom we seem to have. 
The more economic security we gain, the more bored and insecure we become. 
The more worldly pleasure we enjoy, the less satisfied and contented we are with life. 
We are like a restless sea, finding a little peace here and a little pleasure there, but nothing permanent and satisfying. 



So the search continues! 

Men will kill, lie, cheat, steal, and go to war to satisfy their quest for power, pleasure, and wealth, thinking thereby to gain for themselves and their particular group peace, security, contentment, and happiness, and yet in vain.

Cleansing Your Mind Brings Health, Beauty, And Longevity




When you cleanse your mind, your ailments disappear, and so you become extremely healthy and beautiful, and you will live a long life. 

There have been many such cases in which I have seen people recover from their illnesses while cleansing their minds.



A person's shape - his image - is his mind. 
Every single creation lives according to its image because it is shaped according to its mind. 

Therefore, frogs live jumping around and lions live preying on other animals because they are made in the image to do so. Even people behave differently according to their images, which are the shapes of their minds. 

Therefore, 'shape,' or 'image,' is the mind, for what is in one's mind appears in one's image. A person's mind is the life he has lived, and it is when he abandons that life that only Truth - the true Mind will remain.



A person's illness originates from the false mind that he has, for which the illness is the image of his false mind. When he eliminates his false mind, the flow of blood and energy that had been blocked is freed, and so the illness disappears. 

In addition, as he eliminates his false mind, he regains his original image and thus becomes more at ease, which is why he becomes extremely beautiful and handsome. The same goes for his longevity: because he does not have an awareness of self and becomes one with Heaven, he is liberated. 

Therefore, he lives with the Mind of Heaven without any discernments, pain, burdens, or stress; his body is of Heaven and so he lives with the longevity of Heaven. This is what it means to live out one's natural lifespan.



Good health begins in your mind. 
When your mind lives according to the flow of the Universe, is liberated, and lives as Truth, the blood and energy in your body will circulate well, and so you will no longer be ill.

Mika's meditation experience - When I came to meditate my mood would just change

Hi, Everyone, Happy with you.

This is Mika's meditation experience after 3weeks of practice.



My name is Mika, come from South Africa.

When I came here was struggling with a lot of things,
like very bad anxiety. 

Was getting angry a lot, angry with myself
and with everyone fighting with everyone.

Like controlling everything
like the way I wanted it to be done that way
and if it wasn't done that way
or I couldn't fine something and just get angry.

And that anger had to go somewhere and he's only one it would go-to.

I was really struggling
and I was looking for places
that I couldn't find any place. 

But I was online, found Meditation in Phnom Penh and spoke to Sunny on Telegram

The conversation was very nice and came here to the center
like you guys.


Honestly, from the first session, 
I felt like something I won't say change
but like something new in my life.

Fine and down in stay
we've been meditating for about 3 weeks
and everything goes well.

But found I just missed one day of mediation and I am that angry person again.
and I fight with myself again?

As soon as I can like it this morning
also, I wouldn't say I was miserable, but I was like not in a great mood
but when I came to the center my mood would just change.
