Even though I have a very busy schedule, I try to find a little time each day to meditate. When I feel stressed or life feels out of control, just a few minutes of meditation helps me feel calm again.
One of the biggest changes is that many of the strong attachments I had — to my children, job, business, etc. — are starting to fade.
I feel lighter, more relaxed, and more present in each moment.
