How can a student get started with UniverseMind student app?
1. Download the app
The UniverseMind student app is available on all platforms with consistent user experience:

Android: Google Play Store
iOS: App Store
2. Sign up
On the sign up page, students need to provide:
- Email address (for login)
- Password (for login)
- Phone number (for matching with UniverseMind system)
Note: Please ensure the student's phone number is correctly registered in the UniverseMind system before they sign up
3. Sign in
Students can sign in using their registered email and password
4. Forgot password
Students can request a password reset email if they forget their password
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Student sees "More than 1 person exists with the provided phone number. Please contact your center helper." during sign up
This error occurs when multiple student records exist with the same phone number in the UniverseMind system. To resolve this:
1. Go to the Student Search page and search using the phone number to identify duplicate records
2. Review the records and identify which one is no longer in use
3. Select the unused record and click the Delete Permanently button to remove it from the system
4. Ask the student to attempt the sign-up process again
