What is your true value?

What is your true value?

Have you ever thought about how valuable you truly are?

How do you evaluate your own worth?

Your arrogance and feelings of inferiority are the result of how you evaluate your own value.

Shall we take a moment to reflect on this together?

First of all, you're made up of both body and mind.
Let's start by thinking about the things your body possesses.

You have a car.
You have a house.
You have a family.
You have money in the bank.
You have a job.

But are all these things really you?

If you think about it, these are just things you need to live, so why do we use these things to evaluate our own value and the value of others?

Now that we've thought about the value of your body, let's evaluate the value of your mind.

What's inside your mind?
Do you have anger?
Do you have sadness?
Do you have loneliness?
Do you have worries?
Do you have fear?
Do you have happiness?
Do you have freedom?
Do you have joy?

How much are these things in your mind worth?

Everything your body and mind possess is not truly you, right?

Then, who are you?
Where has the real you gone?

Let go of the things you thought were yours, and let go of what you thought was you. Then you will find your true self.

Your true self is a noble existence that cannot be measured by any value.

The reason you struggle when evaluating your worth based on your body and mind is because you don't yet know your true self.

Meditation, where you let go of your false self, is the way to find your true self.

When you find your true self and realize that true happiness is already within you, life becomes incredibly beautiful, filled with freedom and joy.
