Every being in existence longs for love.

Some are willing to sacrifice their very lives to receive it.

Many pour their entire lives into seeking Love.

Yes, to be loved we often feel we must pay a high price. 

But ask yourself whose love are you desiring? 

We all crave love, yet the object of our desire is different for everyone.

 

Think about the ways you try to satisfy your need for love through certain people or situations. 

Reflect honestly on what you think you need to possess or what efforts you believe you must make to be loved. 

And then, ask yourself if the purpose of your life - to be loved - has brought you true satisfaction. 

If the result of all your efforts is pain and disappointment, perhaps you have been seeking love in the wrong ways. 

You have lived earnestly, following the teachings of your parents, your school, or the books you've read. 

But if you're not living a life of happiness and fulfillment, it's time to reflect and cleanse the life you've worked so hard to build. 

You must let go of all the memories and records of your past that are stored in your mind. 

Only when you offer genuine love will true love return to you. 

Just as you plant pumpkin seeds to yield pumpkins, the seeds you plant in your heart will shape the life you harvest. 

Take a deep look inside yourself and recognize the seeds you're carrying. 

If your heart is full of the desire to be loved, your future will likely be filled with heart. 

Now is the time to plant and nurture seeds of pure, transparent love in your heart. 

The meditation of letting go is a journey toward discovering the truth hidden deep within yourself. 

Pure love, which already exists, is the Truth. 

Truth is as vast as the entire universe, and true love is as large as the universe itself.

The size of the universe is infinite - limitless and without bounds. 

You can make your heart as vast as the universe. 

Your love can become as infinite as the universe

When your love becomes infinite, you will receive infinite love in return. 

As a result, you will live a life filled with joy, with no sense of lack, and you will feel gratitude in every moment. 

You were born to love the world and be loved by it, and to live a life of happiness and fulfillment.

This is the true purpose and reason for your existence.
