The right way to meditation

The right way to meditation.

Simply sitting still with your eyes closed isn't meditation.
Isolating yourself from the world or suppressing your thoughts isn't the right approach either.
It's a waste of time, an escape from reality, and an avoidance of problems.

The right way to meditate is to face those fears and emotions, recognize them as projections of your self-centered perspective, and then let them go by the method.
Namely recalling, reflecting, and releasing.

Meditation is like a workout.
It's not just about understanding: it's a practice about building inner strength through repeated effort.
The more you discard the false mind, the stronger the true mind becomes.
Just like building muscle is hard, strengthening your inner self is even harder.
That's why guidance is essential.

As you get stronger inside, you'll handle life better and won't break down easily.
Practice it daily and consistently as part of your routine, and your mental and physical health will improve over time, making your tomorrow, next year, and future healthier.
