There are two ways to live:
With the mind or with the heart.
Waking up reluctantly every morning,
having a job that looks good on the outside,
going to work out of duty,
studying because it is expected,
looking after family out of obligation,
being kind because it feels like the right thing to do,
trying hard to control yourself
and feeling guilty when you fail.
This is a life led by the mind
and its conceptions,
not by the heart.
It is a life of constant conflict between desires
for wealth, power, comfort, and pleasure,
and the conceptions of good and bad,
as well as social norms.
However, neither human desires
no conceptions are Truth,
so a life led by them cannot be lived well.
On the surface, everything may seem fine,
but you may be quietly crumbling within.
Look in the mirror.
Do you look happy?
Is life a gift to you?
Do you feel joy?
Is your heart beating with excitement?
Are you living fully, enjoying life
without any regrets or things left behind?
If not, maybe you are living like a robot,
following the program set within you,
without a beating heart.
The era of the human completion
is not about adding more.
It is about subtracting
from your conceptions.
When we remove all the conceptions
we've accumulated,
what remains is our true nature,
of our true self.
Just like the sun rises and sets
without missing a day,
just like animals care for their young
without being taught,
just like spring always brings new life,
your true self already knows how to live.
Then you begin to live with your heart.
You do things not because you must,
but because you like to.
You stop following what others say is good,
and begin to choose what truly feels right to you.
You love not because you should,
but because love is naturally there.
You do not live just to survive,
but to feel the miracle of being alive.
Even if your life ended today,
you would feel complete.
To live this way,
you should let go of karma, habits, and the body
that make up the human mind.
You should discard the program
that has made you live like a machine.
Only then can you truly live,
with your heart beating
and devoting yourself to what matters.
