I’ve been doing this meditation for the past month, and I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at the positive impact it’s already had on me.
I have not gotten angry once since I’ve started meditating, and my patience has significantly improved. (I have a 2.5-year-old son)
I’ve also noticed that I’m already sleeping better at night.
I'm happy to say that this is now a permanent part of my daily life and look forward to keeping it up.
I’m 35 and was looking for ways to improve myself, being a father with another baby on the way, and I definitely recommend this meditation.
This style of meditation is also deeply therapeutic, so I look forward to seeing what other ways it will improve my mental health.

This meditation is Great! The teachers are great as well!
They explain everything very thoroughly, and it really has been/is helpful - very helpful - at helping me to start to find peace at a very sad and difficult time in my life.
This meditation was recommended to me by a friend, who said it has been a great benefit to her, and she spoke so well of it, that I wanted to try it - and I am SO glad I did!
It is something that I think would be a real help to anyone who is looking for peace, freedom from grief and sadness, and who wants to be free of all of the attachments and things in life that weigh us down, hold us back and serve only to stop us from progressing and attaining peace.
I would recommend this meditation to anyone who is, like me, tired of being sad and "stuck."

This meditation center is wonderful because you can do it in person or online.
For people who are new or experienced in meditation, they hold you accountable to doing what you need to do to get you back to the true self.
A lot of people can be distracted with living life without understanding the meaning of why and what we are doing here.
It’s easy to get in this place when we do not take time to clear out the old and let go of old karma.
If you are looking for something to change your life in other ways to transform yourself, definitely try this method for yourself and see the results!

I've been a consistent, but light, meditator for several years - meditating for 10-15 minutes each morning.
I signed up for a month of online and in-person sessions through Meditation Town to explore new techniques and push myself to sit for longer and longer.
I was skeptical, having never paid for meditation.
But I've found the process to be really enjoyable and beneficial. I'm now sitting for around 40 minutes at a time and notice a significant improvement in my ability to focus.
Similar to hiring a personal trainer at the gym, I've found that the instruction and the accountability keep me on track and moving in a forward direction.
