My name is Veasna.
I'm 38 years old.
I am studying meditation for one month and a few days.
I feel a lot of recover
because I used to feel depressed,
worry a lot, stressful, smoking, drinking,
and no confidence to do anything.
Since I do meditation,
I feel a lot better.
My mental health has recovered a lot day by day
after I followed the method
of throwing away karma.
And slowly feeling
more confident and no worry.
My anxiety is also gone.
I feel open-minded
and more healthier.
Because I keep running a lot and walking a lot.
I quit smoking, I quit drinking.
I journal every day to reflect on myself.
Also, I see my finger feel better
because my finger used to have cannot bend it,
cannot bend it.
My finger if I bend it, is very painful.
So after meditation,
I feel like I can bend it.
So it's amazing for meditation just one month
