1. Sat. Oct 18th: Big Training Day! ⛰

- What: 10-Hour Training 
- Where: Kep
- Time: We depart very early at 3:00 AM!

2. Sun. Oct 19th: Walk or Run! ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ

- What: 2.5K, 5k or 10k walk/run
- Meeting Point: 5:30 AM sharp at Botum Vattey Pagoda Park. ๐ŸŒณ

Don't you think it would be so pretty if we all wore our orange T-shirts? ๐Ÿงก Let's make the park bright! ✨

The Perfect Sunday Morning:
After we finish, we will be in the cool park:

- Enjoy a delicious picnic breakfast box ๐Ÿงบ 
- Read a precious book of wisdom that brings clarity. ๐Ÿ“–
- Do a peaceful group meditation. ๐Ÿง˜
