1. Mon ~ Fri: 
  9 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm, 9 pm (on/off line)

***7 pm(duration 1.30hrs)
*** 9 pm(only online)


2. Sat: 
  Flexible session (on/offline) or activities
  8 pm - online


3. Sun: closed center 
  Activities: running, walking, hiking, earthing, going on trips, helping others, etc.
  7 pm - online 


Unlimited daily sessions available.
All sessions by appointment.
Please come to meditate on time to get the benefits of meditation properly.
