Who or what is making me suffer the most?
Let's think about it.
Is the self that worries so much truly you?
Is the self that is filled with fear truly you?
Is the self that is full of anger truly you?
Is the self that is so lonely truly you?
Is the self that has endless distracting thoughts truly you?
Is the self that is full of greed truly you?
Is the self with various physical desires truly you?
If these are what define you as a person, how insignificant must you be!
Who am I, really?
As you let go of all the thoughts and emotions you believe define you, one by one, you will realize that all of them are Illusions.
We call this the "human mind".
The human mind is nothing but a world of thoughts created through experiences with the body.
The human body is like a video camera.
As soon as the body is born, it begins to record the world, and with each scene, it creates a story of thoughts and emotions that are stored within.
And those videos and stories become what you believe to be yourself.
In this way, you lose sight of who you truly are.
Those who forget their true essence end up believing that their suffering is caused by external conditions, circumstances, and relationships.
But now you can understand that the source of your suffering is your own mind.
If you discard what is false, it will all disappear.
Now is the time to find your true self and enter a new era of happiness.
