I've been on medication for 5 years for insomnia.

After meditating regularly, around a week after I started this meditation,
my 5 years of insomnia went away.
Curiously, I've been sleeping well since then, even without taking insomnia pills anymore. I fall asleep faster and enjoy a deeper, more restful sleep without interruptions. It also truly helps me reduce my anxiety and thoughts.
I'm continuing to meditate steadily to find my true self, abandoning my fake mind. I’d recommend it to anyone facing similar issues.
