Meditate until you have been thoroughly eliminated, for only then can you become one with the Truth and become complete.
In this meditation, the method for discarding in each level is different. However, in order to be enlightened in all levels, one must discard and eliminate one's existence countless times. In each level, one's attachment-filled mind must be broken down enough to pass that level.
Some people feel very frustrated right before passing a level, while others try endlessly to abandon themselves. Amidst all of this, they eventually pass each level.
Those who acknowledge that they are false and are committed to getting rid of their false minds do a relatively good job of meditating.
But those who do not realize this and think they will simply achieve human completion are often strongly self-centered and thus unable to overcome all the levels.
This meditation is about making Truth and the falseness within oneself fight each other.
If falseness seeks Truth, there can be no Truth.
If Truth wins, and thus ignores and eliminates the falseness, then Truth will exist.
It seems that those who have a lot of karma - in other words, those who have a lot of falseness - are unable to overcome their false minds.
In the lower levels, people become cured of their diseases as they cleanse their minds.
As their minds become more at peace, they become happy, acting as though the whole world is theirs.
However, at any point, if they are unable to overcome themselves, all the work they have put into meditation is nowhere to be found.
Such is the human mind; people do not know how to be thankful. When one follows the method silently and diligently, one will become complete.
People must meditate until they have been thoroughly eliminated, for only then can they become one with Truth and become complete.
