People gain weight
because they eat but don't move.
You do not gain weight if you eat as needed,
move,
and exercise.
Instead of eating as much delicious food as you want,
eat an adequate amount and exercise a lot.
The appropriate amount of food is enough
so that you feel neither hungry nor full,
and it is best not to eat more than three meals a day.
It is also not good to binge eat after skipping meals,
or to eat too much of what you enjoy.
People who have a lot of thoughts in their mind
have difficulty controlling
their eating habits and eat a lot.
Those who are stressed tend to overeat
and gain weight.

they will eat about only a third
of what they used to eat
and not gain unnecessary weight.
