How to Eliminate Stress
People get stressed when they struggle with what they are doing
and are not progressing toward an outcome as expected.
And when other events happen on top of all that,
considerable stress adds up.
All of this stress occurs
when people have the unaccepting narrow mind,
which is self-constructed.
For example,
even when people face the same issue,
Some will experience less stress and others more.
The level of stress people experience
depends on the size of the individual's mind.
People's stress exists in their own mind
and is triggered when their mind cannot accept something.
So if people discard their mind
and when their mind becomes the one mind of the whole
where there is absolutely nothing,
there will be no stress.
Stress disappears
when you discard and eliminate
the karma and habits that are within you.
