How to Deal with Anxiety
Anxiety means one becomes anxious
when one cannot handle his or her mind.
The reason why one is anxious in uneasy situations,
while another may not be, is because one's mind is weak.
When one has been living a life with a lot of anxiety
Inside his or her mind world,
then one has a lot of anxiety.
When one throws away the conditions that caused anxiety from one's life lived,
and throws away that life lived entirely, then anxiety disappears.
When one throws away the human mind,
one can change to the mind of the world, and be born again in the world.
Then, one has no anxiety.
