This meditation is Great! The teachers are great as well! 
They explain everything very thoroughly, and it really has been/is helpful - very helpful - at helping me to start to find peace at a very sad and difficult time in my life.

This meditation was recommended to me by a friend, who said it has been a great benefit to her, and she spoke so well of it, that I wanted to try it - and I am SO glad I did! 

It is something that I think would be a real help to anyone who is looking for peace, freedom from grief and sadness, and who wants to be free of all of the attachments and things in life that weigh us down, hold us back and serve only to stop us from progressing and attaining peace.

If sand settles in muddy water, the water looks clear at that moment, but if you stir it, it becomes dirty again – our minds are the same.

From birth, people store in their mind all that they see, hear, and experience with their five senses, just like a camera. 

Our memories and past experiences are like these photos, which are copies of the past that are stored in the mind as though they are real.

Throwing away these false pictures is the basic principle of our Mind Cleansing Meditation.


What are the Meditation Benefits?


You will not dwell on the past.

You will be able to look at yourself objectively and you will improve yourself.

Foggy thoughts, distractions and negative thoughts will disappear.

You can concentrate on what you are doing right now.

Your mind broadens, so that you can see the other person's point of view.

Hi, today I'm going to explain
"The reason why you need to discard your mind" 
Hope you enjoy.


In the world, the moment is just moving on.
But as your five senses are working exactly as a camera.

You capture and store every moment in your mind as a picture, including yourself.

Even though the moments have already gone and they are no more.
They remain in your mind.
Yourself also remain in your mind as pictures 
like this.

Your camera has been working without
stopping since you were born.
And even now, you are meditating inside there.

As your five senses and your brain store the pictures so much faster than your realization.
 
You can recognize yourself only in the pictures
which have already been saved.

You experience your every moment in these stored pictures only. 

And this is your location.
You are living in the world of your mind.
You have never been in the world.
Instead, you have been living only in your mind world, which is false. 

This is why you have always been looking for something.

You believe that you are living in the world because the real world
is overlapped by your mind world.

Thus, you have never seen the real world
and only know about this copied world
which looks like the world.

The world you are in cannot be seen to anyone.

Even inside your head, this world doesn't exist physically.

Youreself who is living as a part of this mind world also doesn't exist. 

This is the meaning of being false and being incomplete.

All kinds of human issues are also coming out from one's mind world only.


Stress, anxiety, worry, depression
pain, anger, question, doubt, regret
trauma, insecurity, fear, judgment
confusion, laziness, loneliness
boredom, impatience, tiredness, unhappiness
sleeping disorder, lack of concentration
and many more. 

Even now, you are living inside this mind world.

Do you truly want to live free from all of these permanently?

As this is something only you have, 
you can get out of here and come out to the world.

While following the seven-level method of discarding,
your mind world disappears. 

Without your mind world, all these issues cannot remain.

Even yourelf living in it also disappears.
Only true mind remains.

When you are reborn from this true mind
your body is not a camera anymore.

Thus, this picture world also will not be made.

You will live eternally in the true world with this true mind.

This is human completion.

Now make your choice.

Will you keep suffering from the false world in your mind?
Or will you be born as the true self and live forever in heaven?

Are My Words Helping or Hurting?



Words are powerful. They can build someone up or break someone down. They can bring comfort, or they can cause pain. Every day, we speak so many words — but do we stop to think about what our words are really doing?


Words Show What’s in Our Mind.
The words we use come from our thoughts. They show what we are thinking and feeling. Some words are deeply personal — they come from our own hearts. Other words carry a bigger meaning, something more universal and true.

When we speak with care and wisdom, our words can heal, encourage, and inspire. But when we speak without thinking, our words can hurt others, even when we don’t mean to.


Not All Words Are Worth Saying.
In today’s world, there are so many words — on social media, in the news, in everyday conversation. But not all words are helpful. Some are false, meaningless, or even harmful.

Just because we can say something doesn’t mean we should.


What Are True Words?
True words come from a true mind, which is sincerity. They are not spoken to show off or to hurt others. They are calm, peaceful, and honest. When you speak with a kind heart, people feel your truth.


Here are some ways to speak with care:
Speak calmly – Don’t shout or speak in anger.
Speak sincerely – Be honest, not fake.
Speak with a steady heart – Don’t say things you don’t mean.
Speak only what you can keep – Don’t make promises you can’t keep.
Speak carefully – Think before you talk.
Speak kindly – Use gentle, loving words.
Speak from the heart – Don’t just say what sounds good.
Speak in a way that helps others – Make your words a gift, not a weapon.


Think Before You Speak.
Before we speak, we can ask ourselves:

Is this true?
Is this kind?
Is this necessary?
Will this help the other person?
If the answer is yes, then speak. If not, maybe silence is better.


Let’s Make Our Words Count.
Every word we say has power. Let’s choose words that bring light, not darkness. Let’s speak in a way that heals, not hurts. When we do, our words will become a source of truth, peace, and love — not only for others, but for ourselves too.

Let’s always ask: “Are my words helping or hurting?”
