Self-reflection has become such an important part of my life 🪞

Self-reflection + discarding negativity and the old self from my mind has allowed me to change in ways I never could in the past. 🥹

I wrote a letter to myself in 1 year's time, committing to what I want to change for the year and reflecting on the year, and especially my recent time in Korea, where I had the joy of being together with so many beautiful. ✍🏻

The truth is, I was always about BIG and FAST changes - but nature is delicate and goes just as it goes... It's in the small, daily habits where the big changes happen over a long period of time. 🌌

Small gratitude, small love, small smiles are what I'm committing to, and to honour the body like I honour the Universe and not abuse it like I so often do. 💓

Got many messages of love and calls today, which is always lovely. 💞

I wanted to treat myself to a lunch out and a protein shake for dessert cause the lamb was so small (although delicious!). 🤣

Also made myself some lovely dinner (sweet potatoes, beetroot and mint are a KILLER combo FYI) and will treat myself to some cheeky crafties later tonight.  🍺

A student also bought me a plant for the meditation centre. 🌱

I hope everyone had a wonderful day and that everyone learns the power of self-reflection and discarding, and how changing myself (small change) is the way to change the world (big change).

Only Truth Can Make Truth

What is Truth? Truth is the place of the everlasting, never-changing Universe before any creations came into existence. This place is the origin of Truth. In other words, the place where there is absolutely nothing in the Universe is the mother and father of all creations, and this existence is the origin of all creations. This existence is the original appearance of the everlasting and never-changing Truth.

All creations are the embodiment of this existence, so therefore all creations are also Truth. Man however, is false because he has turned his back on this existence and he lives within illusionary pictures of the shapes and forms of this existence that he has taken. It is because of this that he cannot see the living Truth, or see or hear the will of Truth. Therefore he does not know Truth.

The main point in the Bible is that there will be a second coming of Christ for the salvation of mankind. Only Jesus Christ is one with God, who is the existence of Truth. The term Jesus in Christianity refers to the existence of Truth. When it is said that only Jesus can give us salvation, it means only this existence of Truth can save us. Because man is trapped inside his sins, he is not able to see Truth even when Truth is present. This is why it is also said that the Messiah, Jesus, will come like a thief in the night.

A person who has not become Truth cannot see Truth, even when Truth is present in the world. Only a person who has been born in the world of Truth can know Truth. Many Christians believe the Messiah will come with the same appearance as Jesus of two thousand years ago - I wish that people would recognize the existence of Truth that comes to the world, no matter what appearance he has.

Buddhism also tells us that Maitreya will come to the world to save the people of the world. Although the term used is different from the Christian one, it has the same meaning - it also refers to the existence of Truth. In other words, only when the master of the Universe before the Universe comes, can man be born as this existence of Truth. And only this existence can make man who is false into a true person.

Truth is the great Universe itself. The Jung and Shin, that is, the Soul and Spirit, the body and mind, the Holy Spirit and Holy Father Dharmakaya and Sambhogakaya of the great Universe must come as human-being in order to teach mankind and save them.

There must be Truth in order for one to become Truth. Only the existence of Truth can enable man who is false to be born as Truth.

To produce sesame, you must have sesame seeds. The reason my kind has yet to become complete is the same as why you cannot produce sesame without sesame seeds.

Only the existence of Truth can make Truth. Therefore, this existence will teach Truth so people can become Truth.

Those Who Are Unable To Complete The Meditation

In the early days of this Meditation, there were many people who came because they wanted to achieve Truth in order to become a superior version of themselves.

The path to becoming a saint is truly a long one. It is not easy to become a Buddha; it is not easy to become Truth.

Because man lives inside his mind, his own mind world, he needs to discard both his mind world and his self for Truth to emerge.

When only Truth remains, he will become Truth. But this is difficult and many people give up along the way because instead of throwing away their selves and mind worlds, their false selves try to achieve Truth.

The reason one's self cannot achieve Truth no matter how much he desires it is falseness cannot achieve Truth however much it tries.

Even if falseness does achieve Truth, it is still false.

If one is thankful to the method that allows him to completely discard his self and if he actually does throw away his false self and false world, he can be born in the land of Truth and become Truth.

Until now, we have only added to our minds while living in the world. It has always been this way, since we were young: in school and then in society, within the system and with its preconceptions we lived adding more and more to our minds. 

In the future, as we keep discarding and discarding again our false minds and bodies we will be reborn as the existence of God who is Truth. When this happens, man will be able to live righteously.

The Meditation is about discarding one's mind world and self.

When one's mind world and self does not exist, only the Universe remains. Man will be complete when he is resurrected as the body and mind of the Universe, which is Truth and complete.

People have many sins and karma. Casting off all of one's karma and sins is the Meditation method; it is this Meditation.

Those whose false selves try to achieve Truth will fail while those who recognize that their selves are ultimately useless and cast it off will be able to achieve Truth. 

The Bible tells us to deny our selves and follow Christ. It tells us that those who try to die will live whereas those who try to live will die. 

The Buddhist scriptures also tells us the way to completion is death and that the true world exists only when you die without anything remaining. 

Both of these scriptures are telling us that when one discards his false self, he will be reborn as Truth.

Those who were unable to complete this meditation could not achieve Truth because they tried to achieve it with their false selves.

People like shallow gambits and artifices.

People like guile and cunning.

People like to coddle their bodies.

People like to boast about themselves.

People like to save face.

People like to protect themselves.

People like their attachments.

People like wealth.

People like to boast and brag.

People like to show off their shallow knowledge.

People like liquor and sex.

People like not having to move their bodies.

People like talking the talk, but not walking the walk.

People like to live however they please.

People like envying others.

People like it when things work out for themselves.

People like it when things work out for their families.

People like advancing and succeeding.

People like longing for something.

People like being acknowledged by others.

People like to put on airs.

People like looking down on others.

People like to dream useless and vain dreams.

People like to ignore and flout heaven.

How to communicate effectively with people

Listen carefully to what others say 

and do not judge them as being right or wrong. 

Also, accept what others say with a positive mind. 

Do not insist on your own opinion, 

and speak true words so that people have confidence in you.

How to do that?

The best solution:

When you throw away your false mind 

and have the true mind, 

you can sincerely listen to what the other person has to say. 

Consequently, another person can trust, 

listen and be accepting of any offered opinions.

Since people have self-centered, 

selfish minds, 

they only talk from their own perspectives. 

However, such words cannot move the hearts of others.

Others will listen to your sincere words 

when your mind has become Truth.

One who has discarded his own false mind 

can make others trust him and can move their hearts.

Man Would Not Know Even If Truth Came Or Left

A cloud lingers.

Many clouds have come and gone in the empty sky 

but now, there is not a single trace of them.

I show people the origin of Truth, but they are unable to see.

They cannot see,

because there is no Truth within the human mind.

In the many ages that have passed by, 

countless people have tried to achieve Truth 

without knowing its meaning and purpose - what Truth is.

Innumerable traces of their efforts remain, 

but no do-in, a person of Truth, has ever existed 

because man tried to find and achieve Truth with himself, 

not knowing Truth means one is born in the land of Truth 

by discarding his self so that only Truth remains.

If someone had achieved Truth, 

there would already be a method to become Truth.

While many people sacrificed their precious youth seeking Truth

their frustrated sighs were the only result, 

and after a lifetime of years wasted,

they died of old age or sickness.

Time has taken their regrets and their lives. 

The years continue to pass, 

and no one knows where they have gone.

Later after many years, people drew their own delusional images of Truth

so that to each would have been his own thoughts.

In the past, a hero was a person who killed many people 

while a saint was a person who talked about Truth 

and prophesied its coming as a human-being.

Truth must come as a person

in order for people to become Truth.

For people to become complete, 

a completed person must come.

All the scriptures told of this happening some day 

but not a single person knows when that day will be 

nor would anyone know even if it had already arrived 

because there is no Truth in man's mind.

All that exists inside man's mind

are the preconceptions and habits from the pictures he has taken,

and bound by those self-centered conceptions and behaviors 

he cannot know the true will of Truth.

People would not know even if the Savior comes or leaves. 

Only those who become truth will know.

Futile Human Life

The human mind is one of hunger 

that tries to fill itself 

with even more minds of hunger.

It is a habit of this mind to want to be filled;

but no matter how a person with this mind tries, 

it can never be filled;

this is the reason he suffers.

The world changes along with time that flies by 

but everything that happened over the years remain in his mind,

these stories have become his self, driving him raving mad; 

and he does not know that they are just illusions.

Such is the reason human life is in vain;

why it is the life of a non-existent illusion.
