My meditation journey in Korea has been truly beautiful.

My meditation journey in Korea has been truly beautiful.

For the first time, I feel both light and full —
light, because I let go of so many worries and questions I carried for so long,
and full, because now my heart is filled with peace, love, and quiet happiness.

Through this journey, I realized that truth and peace were always inside me.
I just needed the silence to hear it.

I now know that I have never been alone, and I never will be.
This path is not just about finding something new — it’s about coming back to myself.
And that feels like coming home. ๐Ÿ’š

GRC x Chip Mong Fun Run - Coexist Gathering (14th. Sep. 2025)

☀️ What a beautiful Sunday morning! ๐Ÿงก
Coexist Gathering Fun Run
       Sun. 14th. Sep. 2025.

Today we joined the GRC x Chip Mong Fun Run at Grand Phnom Penh.
We ran 5km, 10 km — it was not easy at first, but we did it together! ๐Ÿƒ‍♀️๐Ÿƒ‍♂️๐Ÿ’ช
So much fun and good energy from everyone!

After the run, we went to the meditation center.
We did some stretching, ate yummy noodles, and joined a peaceful meditation. ๐Ÿง˜‍♀️๐Ÿœ
It felt so good to relax after the run.

Everyone wore the same orange T-shirts, and it really felt like we were one big team! ๐Ÿงก
We laughed, we ran, we breathed together, and we shared a quiet moment too.

This morning gave us strong bodies and calm minds.
We’re so happy we came.
Let’s do it again next time! ๐Ÿ’š

POSITIVE THINKING: HOW TO BE POSITIVE

POSITIVE THINKING: HOW TO BE POSITIVE

For people to have positive minds, it is impossible to achieve it within their own minds.

Because people have self-centered and biased minds, they have the minds of envy, jealousy, criticism, good, bad, existence, and nonexistence.

Such things exist in their minds because their own minds exist.

When people get rid of their minds and become the true mind, then they will have a positive mind, which is an accepting mind.

When people have a positive mind, they can always live a positive life.

Since they are positive, the work that they do is positive, and so things in their lives will work out seamlessly.

For those who are negative, nothing suits their minds.

Thus, what they do in the world is also not positive, and they cannot take action.

This is why they cannot achieve.

If a person wants to live a positive life, one should change one's negative mind to the positive mind.

The method to change the mind is to throw away the negative mind.

How to survive

How to survive

Since childhood, people living in this world have been fighters in their minds who constantly had to fight invisible battles to be better at school, make more money than others, and do everything better than others.

However, those who are big-minded can become successful and achieve what they want in life.

Those who are small-minded face obstacles on their way toward their goals because they encounter conflicts in everything they do.

In the U.S., statistics show that rather than those who have good grades in school, those who have better characters and personalities become more successful later in life.

When it comes to surviving in this world, one who lives an overly selfish life does not last long.

Those who are generous, understanding of others, and big-minded become successful because people around them support and cooperate with them.

One can become successful if he changes his mind to the big mind, allowing him to diligently dedicate himself to the work that he does with that big mind.

The way to change one's mind to a big mind is to eliminate one's conceptions and customs.

Let us discard the human mind that disregards others

Let us discard the human mind

that disregards others.

The person you look down on
is someone's precious son or daughter,
someone's beloved mother or father.

They are part of what drives society forward,
a creation of the universe.
The hurt you cause someone
is also the hurt of their family.
It is the pain of the entire family
who must watch their loved ones suffer.

Your actions affect
not just the individual,
but ripple through society.
When they are held back,
it becomes a social loss,
and eventually,
the impact returns to you,
like a boomerang.

If you recognize
that the person you disregard
is also a creation of the universe,
your attitude will change,
and you will stop acting in ways
that only add to your Karma.

In this world,
the sole contributor to
your internal struggles is you.

Let us discard the human mind
that disregards others.

A Mindful Trail Running Experience in Kirirom, Cambodia August 3, 2025

A Mindful Trail Running Experience in Kirirom, Cambodia

Date: August 3, 2025
Location: Kirirom National Park, Cambodia
Event: 20km Trail Run & Meditation Experience

Discovering Kirirom: A Place of Natural Beauty and Peace

Kirirom National Park, once home to a royal residence, is known for its peaceful pine forests, cool mountain air, and beautiful waterfalls. Just a few hours from Phnom Penh, it is the perfect place to escape the city and reconnect with nature.

On August 3, 2025, a small group of us from the meditation center ran and meditated at Kirirom.

Running with a Purpose: Physical and Mental Wellness

We began our journey early in the morning(5.45 am, center) from Phnom Penh, bringing a light breakfast and water. On the way, we dropped by  Kampong Speu to pick up a person and bought many fruits to eat at the Kirirom.

Each participant had a different fitness level — from beginners to marathon runners — but we all shared the same goal: to run with a true mind and enjoy the present moment.

One of us ran 6km before, he felt hard even 6km trail. However, he has done 20km this time with us.

While running, we took a rest and ate food we prepared. Sometimes I feel hungry and tired, and want to stop. But I keep going until the end together. I couldn't imagine that I could do 20km, but I did it. I remind myself that if someone does it, that means I can do it. And I threw away my fake mind like I want to give up.

Consistency is the key, and doing things together. When we do things together, we can do everything.

Running through the pine forest, we felt a deep sense of calm. The trees shaded us from the sun, and the soft sounds of nature helped us stay grounded in the here and now. We often took breaks to hydrate, breathe, and reflect.

Be in the Moments in Nature

Along the trail, we practiced meditation while walking & running, deep breathing, and gratitude. At the waterfalls, we paused to enjoy the cool mist and the sound of flowing water. These moments reminded us of the healing power of nature when we are fully present.

We met local people selling handmade flower crowns and fresh coconuts, food, adding joy and color to our journey. Sharing smiles and small gifts also means being kind and open to others.

A Shared Meal and Deeper Connection

After completing 20km, we gathered near the second waterfall for a simple yet delicious meal — grilled chicken, fresh local fish, and warm chicken soup. Eating at the waterfall, all the food is so delicious. We felt deeply connected to our bodies and minds, to each other, to the earth, to the great universe.

Even small challenges, like tired legs or long distances, felt like hunger became part of the experience we accepted with calm awareness and even laughter.

Why Combine Running and Meditation?

A clean mind and a healthy body are deeply connected. Running is not just physical exercise — it can also be a form of moving meditation. When we run while meditating, we train not only our bodies but also our minds. We learn to meditate at any time, regardless of what we do in daily life.

Benefits of meditation & running in nature:

Reduces stress and anxiety
Increases focus and clarity
Builds stronger community bonds
Deepens appreciation for the present moment

Join Us for a clean mind, a happy life

Many participants were surprised at how far they could go when they kept meditating while running. Some even doubled their distance goal without realizing it — simply by enjoying the moment.

We invite you to join us on our meditation journey. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced runner, you are welcome.
