Do Not Be Loyal To Your Body Which Will Rot Away

Do Not Be Loyal To Your Body, Which Will Rot Away

People want to be comfortable, eat well, live affluently, and live long lives without illness. They want to spare their bodies, and they do not want to do difficult work or do work that others do not want to do. They want their children to be successful and to take care of them when they become old, when they become ill, or when they are close to death.

A few decades ago, it was difficult to live past sixty, but now our lifestyles have improved, and it is common to live past seventy or even eighty. So as people live a mere seventy or eighty years, they live their lives only for their false bodies. But no matter who you are, our bodies will eventually die, rot, and become soil.

The best way to live with wisdom is to be reborn with the body and mind of Truth now and live in the kingdom of Truth. In the Bible, it says that the foolish accumulate treasures on the earth and the wise accumulate treasures in heaven. To be reborn as the mind and body of Truth and to live in the kingdom of Truth is to accumulate treasures in the kingdom of Truth within oneself, and those treasures become his forever.

There is nothing more precious than this. Rather than seeking good clothes, good food, and comfort for the false body, the wise will become Truth and accumulate their treasures by working in the kingdom of Truth. Do not build your own kingdom for the false body that will die and rot away. Instead, even if we were to live only for a day, let us accumulate our blessings in our minds, the kingdom of Truth, by devoting our bodies.

People in the past spoke about life's futility. Those who recited words and poems of futility have all passed away. Likewise, we too will pass on after seventy or eighty years of life. However, even though our bodies are no more, those who can go to the forever-living land, those who have a place to return to, and those who are already there must have their true blessings in this true land in order to live eternally in that land with their own blessings.

Along the way that we are running is keep meditating(It was training our mind)

It was a great experience,
which is the most important thing
is we don't give up.

Along the way that we are running is keep meditating.

So our body,
even we have painful difficulty
also we can keep going.

So
Yesterday, it was training our mind,
mindset
that we are not giving up,
so we can do everything.

Our body, our mind, wants
that we reach the truth, the universe,
and we can do everything.
We can do everything, and we can do it together.

So 42K
I never imagined that I could do it.

One minute:
one minute running, one minute walking,
that's how we do it.

The mindset is also different.
Once we complete it,
then we change, completely change.

Preah Vihear Temple Run (Trail 42.5km) Meditation & Running

🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️ Meditation & Running – July 06, 2025

On July 6, 2025, we joined the SAI 'Preah Vihear Temple Run' 42.5km, and we are so proud to say — we completed it together! 🎉👏

For one of us, this was the very first time running a full marathon — 42.5 kilometers through mountain trails and sacred landscapes. The course was tough, with long distances in the mountains, even though the road was quite good.

One of us stopped for a drink of water midway and accidentally left his walking stick behind, which forced him to walk an extra kilometer to retrieve it. This delayed his arrival, but his tenacity and perseverance were truly remarkable.

The difficulties not many people joined us for 42.5km. So almost of races have to walk and run alone. We kept going with patience and determination.

One more thing is no ice water and fresh fruits during the race. Perhaps this was due to the remote location and the tension in the border area.

As soon as I arrived at the finish line late, the medical team, who were about to leave work, sat me down and gave me a massage. Perhaps that's why my legs didn't hurt at all even after running 42.5 kilometers.

Even though we ran slowly, we never gave up. We supported and encouraged each other from start to finish. And finally, we crossed the finish line even later. It was a moment we’ll never forget.

The entire day was filled with positive energy, teamwork, and a strong sense of unity. We are deeply thankful to all the runners, volunteers, and organizers who made this event so meaningful and memorable. 💕

This event was even more special because it happened to celebrate the 17th anniversary of Preah Vihear Temple's inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

On July 7, 2025, we celebrate the 17th anniversary of Preah Vihear Temple's inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List. 🏛️

Unfortunately, we couldn't attend the special event because we are so late.

Running through this sacred and historical site made us feel truly connected — not only to nature and our bodies, but also to culture, history, and something bigger than ourselves.

This experience reminded us that running is not just about speed — it’s about heart, courage, and being fully present. It’s about growing stronger together, step by step.

Let’s keep running, meditating, and supporting one another.

Let’s keep moving forward — with kindness, strength, and joy.

We believe in each other.
We believe in the power of doing things together.
Because together, we can do anything.

“Clean Mind, Happy Life”

A peaceful mind.
A strong and healthy body.
A joyful life under the sun. ☀️

See you at the next run! 🏃‍♂️💨

COMPLETION OF THE WORLD, COMPLETION OF ALL CREATIONS, AND HUMAN COMPLETION IS TO BE BORN IN THE WORLD AND LIVE-THIS IS TO ACHIEVE IT ALL

COMPLETION OF THE WORLD, COMPLETION OF ALL CREATIONS, AND HUMAN COMPLETION IS TO BE BORN IN THE WORLD AND LIVE-THIS IS TO ACHIEVE IT ALL.

Humans are incomplete because they are living inside their mind world, which is the world of sin and karma. This is why they live with suffering, burden, stress, curiosities, unresolved questions, and doubts.

Rather than living in the world, people are living inside their mind world that overlaps the world.

Humans are automatic cameras and have the mind that takes pictures of the world as soon as they see it.

Through your eyes, nose, ears, mouth and body, your remembered thoughts are made, and these make up the self that has been living inside of that mind world.

Also, at the exact moment you saw the world, you took pictures of the things of the world, and your mind has been living inside the mind of pictures.

The human mind thinks that the stars, moon, and the earth in the sky exist in this world, but in fact, when seen from the universe emptiness, they have never been born. They are just emptiness itself and are nonexistent, regardless of whether they exist or not. This is what Truth is.

All creations that exist in this world are nonexistent whether they exist or not because their individual entities have not been born as Truth in the world. The numerous creations that exist in this world are all nonexistent. This is why they need salvation.

Salvation and rapture are to make them be born in the world, which is Truth, and to make them live eternally in that land without death. This is receiving the seal, creation, and living in the eternally living Heaven, the Land of Bliss, Paradise. The masters of the Land of Truth can create you again only when you completely discard yourself, which is the sin. Being born again in the world of Truth is achieving human completion, and this is when the new world is created again within people.

If there is a place that does this, that place would be the place of Truth.

In each religion, although people are waiting for the Second Coming of Christ, Maitreya, Jungdoryung (the leader of righteous Truth), or Daedoomok (the great leader), when that existence comes, they will not be able to see or know this existence. This existence does not exist in names. The one who achieves it would be that existence, regardless of the name. If you are to find that existence, you have to be born in the true world from within your mind. It is only then that you can know who the saviors are, and you can see and know the masters of the world who are Truth and the saviors.

People believe that this existence will come from the religion that they are practicing. However, this existence does not exist in the world where people live. No one can know this existence that exists in the true world. If there is a place where one can go to the true world and live, that place would be the place of Truth. This place exists inside the true mind of a person, and it is Heaven, the Land of Bliss, Paradise. This is the world where it can all be achieved, and it is real since it is all achieved in the true world within people's minds. This is becoming complete without death.

This meditation is about Discarding Everything, Not Having More.

This meditation is about Discarding Everything, Not Having More.

Often, many people come to this Meditation,
and just as they have always done in their worldly lives,
they want their selves to become enlightened,
to know something and to become complete.

Some do the meditation
to improve and better their false selves,
to be idolized,
or to become leaders of some false religious cult.

Those who meditated with the purpose of gaining power over others
strove to achieve their goal,
but failed because the aims of the meditation were far removed from theirs.

They left, and many wandered in the wrong places,
before coming back eventually.

This Meditation is a place where you throw away the false picture world
- the human mind world -
and your very self that lives in the false picture.

What this means and what it asks us to do
is to discard our human bodies and minds,
and change to the body and mind of the Universe.

It asks us to eliminate all of our bodies and minds from the Universe
so that we may be reborn with the body and mind of the true living God, the Universe.

It asks us to become Truth itself -
the eternal and never-changing body and mind of the Universe.

When one's false self disappears from the Universe,
isn't the true world the only thing remaining?

He who is born in this world is a saint and a child of God.

It is when one is reborn in the everlasting land of God
that one becomes a living person.

If you just subtract yourself from the world,
the true world remains
and you will be born in the true world
and live forever.

This Meditation is the place where one's false self is discarded
and he becomes reborn as what is real in the world that is real.

It is the place where you throw away your false body and mind.
